Pushinka

Pushinka is a comic inspired by the true story of J. F. Kennedy’s pet dogs! Pushinka was gifted to the Kennedy family as a puppy by the First Secretary of the Communist Party, Khrushchev. She was the offspring of one of the most famous dogs in the Soviet Union, former space dog Strelka. Despite the political undertones of this gesture, Pushinka became a member of the first family - and developed an extra special relationship with the Kennedy’s other dog, Charlie... This short comic gives a dog’s eye view of the White House! It is 20 pages long and focuses on the relationship between the two dogs.
